A “genderless” festival that convenes an artistic investigation committee to collect evidence, present testimonies, reveal facts and prepare a creative report on a reality that must change. All the materials of the different works (evidence, testimonies, data) are taken from reality and from real documents. Imagination is not part of this investigative committee. We ask why “a commission of inquiry.” They answer us “because we need to investigate, speak truth to power, bring the hidden from darkness to light. Explain, formulate and construct guilt while proposing new ways of doing things. Because art can help us spread reality, analyze it, formulate it in it and also draw conclusions from it.” They add: “female artists from any and all fields invite the public to a series of research commissions full of truth and beauty about ugliness and lies, and about a reality that needs to be clarified.”
This year's festival has 2 main programs Committee 1 and Committee 2. With 2 “Late Night” events and 2 documentary shows. Research Committee A with 7 new interdisciplinary works of art.
