Organized crime and anti-imperialist populism have transformed Latin American democracies into regimes subordinated to criminal and geopolitical interests
El organized crime It cannot coexist with citizen security and prosperity because its business is to attack and destroy it.
When organized crime controls states, it subjugates people with a narrative of revolution and assumes international representation as in Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua, the crisis of security and freedom is permanent, because the democratic governments of the Americas coexist with dictatorships and, being their victims, become the support of their aggressors.
It is not possible to explain the existence of the Cuban dictatorship for 66 years, that of Venezuela for 25 years, that of Bolivia since 2006 and that of Nicaragua since 2007 in its second stage, without a solid network of sympathies, complicities, accommodations, arrangements, pressures, businesses, lobbies, concessions and all kinds of mechanisms that we can summarize in coexistence, which means living together, cohabiting with the 21st century socialism (with organized crime).
The history of the Americas in this century is marked by the dictatorships of 21st century socialism or Castro-Chavism which expanded from Cuba 1999, when Hugo Chávez assumed the presidency of Venezuela and the “anti-imperialist populism"came to control all of Latin America including the Organization of American States with José Miguel Insulza, Secretary General (May 2005 – May 2015).
Cuban Castroism expanded as Castro-Chavism under Chavez until his death, when it passed to the control of the Cuban regime that turned Venezuela into its main satellite. This leadership allowed the dictatorship in charge to reopen diplomatic relations with the United States while increasing the “hybrid warfare".
The paradigms of freedom, human rights, democracy, fight against drug trafficking, sustainable development, fight against poverty and inequality, free market, free trade agreements and more - agreed in the First Summit of the Americas of 1994 - were supplanted by anti-imperialist populism, which initially with Venezuelan oil money and then with that of the narco-states and crime – including Lava Jato (massive corruption at the state oil company Petrobras in Brazil) – took hold of Latin American democracies, subordinating them and in some cases destroying them.
25 years after the rescue and the beginning of the expansion of the Cuban dictatorship, in the Americas there are three recognized dictatorships that are Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua and one hidden one that is Bolivia. All four are organizations of transnational crime and they hold power with State terrorism, political prisoners, exiles, murders, impunity, corruption, total concentration of power, functional oppositions, manipulation of justice to repress, are bases of China, Russia and Iran, they attack the State of Israel and support the terrorism, they are narco-states, they are “anti-imperialist” and they coexist with the democracies of the Americas.
21st century socialism uses the democratic system as the mechanism for the destruction of democracy through campaign financing, the destruction of political organizations and leaders, the assassination of the reputation of leaders, physical murder and a long list of crimes that allow them to “win elections”. Thus they impose “paradictatorial governments", which today are those of Brazil with Lula da Silva, Mexico with Sheinbaum, Colombia with Petro and Honduras with Xiomara Castro.
Countries that remain democratic and do not have a paradictatorial government are under permanent threat of violence, terrorism, common crime, drug trafficking, attacks, smear campaigns and different expressions of "hybrid war", which includes diplomacy of terror, initially well lubricated by Venezuelan oil and money, and now always showing that it has resources.
The greatest attacks against the democracies of the Americas have been and are the cocaine drug trafficking aggravated by the fentanyl, forced migrations, human trafficking, the transnational expansion of crime with gangs like the Tren de Aragua, participation in local politics with spurious resources, control of the media, cyber attacks and more. The most notable victim is the United States, but also Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and all the countries of the Americas where in this century the prevalence of drug use has multiplied, crime has increased, and poverty and citizen insecurity have grown.
These attacks come from the dictatorships of Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua because all four are narco-states and allies of China, which is central to the production of fentanyl. Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua are the largest migrant expellers because of the fear they produce, but they are also channels for extra-continental migration. The role of the dictatorial government of Mexico since López Obrador has been one of open aggression in drug trafficking and facilitation of forced migration.
A long list of attacks by dictatorships on democracies is contained in books, reports, academic analyses and analyses by security and intelligence agencies. The coexistence of democracies with organized crime must end and that means ending dictatorships, because otherwise they will only be treating the symptoms and not the cause.

A very biased opinion piece, practically Trumpist, when only a few years ago anyone reading the same text would take many minutes, or days, to realize that he was not talking about the many fascist dictatorships that swarmed throughout Latin America, under the protection of the United States, anything went for the sake of anti-communism. Perhaps he forgets to tell the story of the origin of the German sect Colina Dignidad, which in recent years has become famous for a film and series. Colonia Dignidad was founded in Chile by the former member of the Hitler Youth Paul Schäfer, who apparently continued with the Nazi and German ultra-Christian nonsense at the end of World War II, but after being accused several times of sexually abusing children, he exiled himself from Germany with some of his followers, supposedly helped by the ODESSA protection network. With the beginning of the Cold War against Communism, the Western powers began to look favorably on and even protect fascist dictatorships such as Franco's and even criminal and pedophile sects such as Colonia Dignidad. In the Colonia Dignidad sect there is, all at the same time, a Christian and Nazi religious sect of the most grotesque, with sexual abuse of children and women, plus torture and murders belonging to the crimes against humanity committed by the South American fascist military dictatorships, those of the famous quartet of the most fascist countries formed by Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay, all of which were part of the so-called Operation or Plan Condor to eliminate "communism" from the entire southern cone of America by means of repression and state terrorism, or even some of these fascist and Nazi criminals, such as those of the Argentine Triple A, helped the Spanish fascists in the various groups of Spanish state terrorism. The German governments, which were already democratic, are also involved in this, because they were aware of the sexual abuse and crimes committed by their German citizens in Colonia Dignidad, but they did nothing.
There is also no shortage of historical facts that mark what is today the disaster of Latin America, such as the strategy of the manifest destiny of the United States, which has now been dug up again by Trump, more than similar to a vulgar slogan of any disturbed fascist or Nazi. “From as early in its history as 1823, the United States saw a world to conquer, to the point of becoming the last of the empires in history. At the time, the doctrine summarized by James Monroe (1817-1925) “America for the Americans” was the warning for European powers to keep “their hands off the continental territory of the new world” … By 1845, Monroe's phrase would become “manifest destiny”. John O'Sullivan, in an article published in the Democratic Review magazine of New York, to support the annexation of Texas, writes: “The fulfillment of our manifest destiny is to extend throughout the continent that has been assigned to us by Providence, for the development of the great experiment of freedom and self-government. It is a right like that of a tree to obtain the air and land necessary for the full development of its capacities and the growth it is destined for.”
Curiously, the implementation of this manifest destiny gave rise to the famous expression “banana republic,” which is used a lot in Spain, no less curiously, to refer to a puppet, corrupt and incoherent government. The United States, through the multinational United Fruit Company (UFCO), turned the banana of Latin America into the dessert of the North Americans. “From 1871 and for more than eight decades, it was a process that undermined the sovereignty of the Caribbean producing countries, imposed contracts on producers, ignored property rights and labor conflicts (some of which resulted in massacres) accompanied by the politics, laws, diplomacy, science and military presence of the United States, which marked an important part of the history of the Caribbean nations.” “Since the beginning of the XNUMXth century, UFCO grew by encouraging a consumer market, but also through alliances through unethical actions... Similarly, in the United States, the transnational had the support of the White House to the point that, during the government of the second Roosevelt, a significant number of high-level officials related to the White House (among which John Foster Dulles, Secretary of State, and his brother Allen Welsh Dulles, director of the CIA, stand out) were part of the company's board of directors or the boards of directors of related companies.”
Not to mention the hidden interests in other issues such as the imposition of the Christian religion or anti-indigenousism and anti-Masonry. Surely they never say when they could be the main cause of the crazy state in which practically all of Latin America finds itself. And the fact is that all or almost all of the Latin American liberators were Masons. Without a doubt, Simón Bolívar was a Mason, the best known of the Spanish-American liberators, or at least he was a Mason for a time and then continued to maintain relations with the Masons and continued trying to follow all or almost all of the Masonic values. And no less outstanding Masonic liberator was that of Argentina, San Martín, almost on par in fame with Bolívar, or without the bad reputation that has been given to Bolívar by those interested in turn: ultra-Catholics, fascists, neo-Nazis, caciques and other scoundrels who took over all of Latin America again, shortly after independence from Spain. Following the almost unanimous victories of the Spanish-American liberators, there was an attempt to create a great American empire that they would have called the Inca Empire, which would extend from Tierra del Fuego to the United States, but the liberators did not agree; curiously, the Argentines were the least willing to do so. So after independence, Latin America fragmented into a myriad of countries, with quarrels between them and all that. Simón Bolivar came to govern the so-called Gran Colombia, its surface corresponded to the territories of the current republics of Colombia, Ecuador, Panama and Venezuela - including Guayana Esequiba, in Guyana-Venezuelan claim -; and other territories in dispute with Costa Rica, Brazil, Peru, Nicaragua and Honduras that, after the Gran-Colombian dissolution, each former member country inherited as border conflicts; Thus, in a flash, Bolívar's Empire was left alone in what is now Colombia. As soon as he expelled the Spaniards, Bolívar had to face numerous opponents or traitors who even forced him to persecute other Masons, surely from lodges of those ultra-Catholic Masons entrenched by the Catholic Church, leaving Bolívar, at least in the history books of the right-wing and ultra-Catholic fascists of Latin America, as a kind of "mad dog" who even turned against his own people. In 1.830 he ended up resigning, and from then on, Latin American historiography differed enormously, even more so, depending on the interests of each current side. What most Hispanic American historians agree on is that when the tomb was discovered, the ultra-rabble was throwing garbage at it, although each one interprets this according to their own interests. At the beginning of independence, many Latin American countries were world-leading democracies, which the Spanish for centuries could not even imagine could really exist, but over time, local bosses with some Spanish blood began their clientelist networks, fascist dictatorships, terrorist groups, mafias, drug traffickers, etc. and they took over the new democratic states.

These are little-known facts, or in Spain totally unknown, first that Simon Bolivar belonged to a Spanish or Basque family that emigrated to Latin America, or many right-wing and fascist Spaniards would even find it awkward to know that the Latin American libertarian Masons were helped by Masons from countries such as France, England, the United States, but also from Spain, the Spanish Masons of the first attempt at democracy in 1812 in Cadiz, where the Masons who made friends with Latin Americans such as Simon Bolivar, tried to bring to Spain the democratic freedoms that already existed in many countries in the rest of Europe, but the attempt was annulled by the powerful in Spain, always faithful to the rancid Spanish tradition of absolutism, or perhaps corruption. From the beginning the Masons were persecuted in Spain, except for brief periods of certain permissiveness, under the protection of the Catholic Church that maintained a visceral anti-Masonry. According to a long article published on a Masonic website: “On the other hand, we must also point out that due to the success achieved and the secrecy developed, Freemasonry and Masons were excommunicated by several Popes. The first was Clement XII, who with his bull In Eminente, dated 24-04-1738, prohibited all types of secret meetings (Liberi Muratori) condemning them as being pernicious both for the security of States and for the salvation of souls. The second was Benedict XIV, who with his bull Apostolici Providae, dated 18-05-1751, ratified the excommunication for Masons, etc. The third was Pius VII, in 1821, with his Ecclesiam a Jesu Christo. The fourth was Leo XII, in 1825, who with his Quo graviora, confirmed the previous bulls, etc. The King of Spain, Ferdinand VI, following the dictates of Pope Benedict XIV, without any hesitation, issued the Royal Decree, dated in Aranjuez, on 2-07-1751, outlawing the Masonic order and its members. With this, the lodges and other secret institutions and their members were not only outside the law, but were also persecuted, imprisoned and executed by the Tribunal of the Holy Inquisition, accused of heresy, apostasy, witchcraft, etc., in accordance with Canon Law. This political rigidity against Freemasonry in Spain changed to climates of flexibility and certain tolerance, even more so when many enlightened nobles were initiated into the order and had managed to separate Spanish Freemasonry from the English rite.”[…]
“In 1807, the Venezuelan military man Francisco de Miranda y Rodríguez was initiated as a Masonic brother in the America Union Lodge of Philadelphia, of Scottish rite, sponsored by the French general Marquis de La Fayette (Marie-Joseph-Paul-Yves-Roch-Gilbert Motier, Marquis de… 1757-1834), with whom he shared the fight for the independence of the United States of America. Let us remember that France and Spain supported the colonies in their war against the English metropolis. The universal and continental vision of seeing reality led De Miranda to found the American Reunion and Rational Knights lodges, both in Madrid and in Cadiz. When Napoleon Bonaparte invaded the Iberian Peninsula in 1808 and took the Bourbon royalty captive, Cádiz became the last Spanish stronghold where the people represented the Crown. Indeed, on 19-03-1808, Charles IV abdicated in favor of his son Ferdinand VII, and the latter, a few days later, was forced to hand over the crown to Joseph Bonaparte, brother of the French emperor. The royal family was taken prisoner to Valencay (France). He would not leave there until 11-12-1813, the date of the treaty of the same name that put an end to Spain's war of independence from France. However, let us return to 1808. England – Napoleon’s enemy – opened its doors to Cádiz and to the commercial and cultural reestablishment with this Spanish city and its inhabitants. The opportunity was propitious for De Miranda, who moved to London. There he made contact with his compatriots and fellow Masons, including Simon Jose Antonio de la Santísima Trinidad de Bolivar y Palacios (Caracas 1783-Qta. San Pedro Alejandrino 1830), Andrés Bello (Caracas 1781- Santiago de Chile 1865) and Simón Rodríguez, who was the Liberator's teacher. In this context, De Miranda promoted the creation of new lodges in London, with the support of the Americans with whom he had raised columns of several lodges in Spain. For now let's return to the Peninsula. The Argentine military man José Francisco de San Martín y Matorras (Yapeyú, Misiones, Argentina 1778 - Boulogne-sur-Mer, France 1850), fought in the Spanish army against the French under the orders of the Creole Marquis of Socorro and brother Mason (Francisco María Solano Ortiz de Rosas). He initiated De San Martín as a Mason in the Integrity Lodge, which met in his house and of which he was “Grand Master”. The Napoleonic invasion cornered the Spanish forces in Cadiz, and, consequently, José Francisco was assigned to that place. There, he made contact with his compatriots, who had been working in the Rational Knights Lodge No. 3 (for some, Masonic, for others not, who claim that it was only patriotic). The truth is that the Argentine military man was formally “affiliated” or “regularized” in 1810, since he had previously been initiated as a Masonic brother. The “venerable master” was his fellow countryman, the young and wealthy Carlos María Antonio del Santo Ángel Guardián de Alvear Balbastro (1789-1852), with whom the new or ratified Masonic brother initially established a deep and sincere friendship and brotherhood, feelings that lasted until 1813. They ended up being caused by jealousy and envy that grew in the heart of the young Mason, who put personal interests before those of his country, and thus also his hatred of the fraternal love of the brotherhood. Incidentally, General De San Martín's Masonic behavior was always "in essence," that is, truly, exemplary. Shortly afterwards, De San Martín was elevated to the third degree (salary increase), assuming his level of master mason (1811). Deceiving the authorities of Cadiz, he requested leave from the army and traveled to England. There he contacted De Alvear, who had been working at the London branch of the “Cadiz Lodge” (Rational Knights). However, at the same time, he also did so in the Lautaro Lodge (operative) and together with other compatriots in the Flor de los Americans Lodge. In the latter, De San Martín's "salary was raised" to the fifth grade, under the severe gaze of the busts of the Greek philosophers and the Roman natural law scholars, in which Cicero, Seneca and Marcus Aurelius stood out, while at the same time he swore an oath under the slogan of "Union, Firmness and Courage." It was then that De Alvear offered his economic and social support to José Francisco, to return to Buenos Aires, and together they began both the Masonic work and the fight for Argentine autonomy from the Spanish metropolis. Both were thinking of a possible English-style constitutional monarchy for the viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata. The military veteran from Yapeyú no longer had any relatives nor did he know anyone in his homeland. The support of Carlos María Antonio was opportune and generous as he began his new life and military career in America. That's why he accepted. Both embarked on the British frigate George Canning in January 1812. Meanwhile, the Venezuelan De Miranda had agreed with the young De Bolívar to return to the Captaincy General of Venezuela to lead the Caracas independence movement. This is how this precursor decreed the independence of Venezuela on 5-7-1811. The Lautaro Lodge had been founded in London by De Miranda, José Gurruchaga, Francisco Isnardi (an Italian nationalized Venezuelan, a close friend of General De Miranda) and the Chilean military man Bernardo de O'Higgins (son of the XXXVI Viceroy of Peru, Ambrosio O'Higgins, Marquis of Osorno). It was he who gave the Venezuelan hero the idea of the name of this lodge, by telling him with passion the historic defense of the Mapuche Indian leader Lautaro, who bravely and tenaciously opposed the Spanish conquest and domination. It is worth noting, by the way, that De San Martín did not meet De Bolívar during the Lautaro work in London. This lodge gave its first fruits with the revolutionary successes obtained in Venezuela by De Miranda. This was an incentive to renew and increase its membership with new young revolutionaries eager to bring freedom and independence to their people. There they were, the Mexican José María Caro, the Chileans De O'Higgins and José Miguel Carrera, the Argentines De San Martín, De Alvear, the latter's uncle, Gervasio Antonio de Posadas y Dávila (1757-1833) – as he was his mother's cousin -, Bernardo Monteagudo Cáceres (Tucumán 1790-Lima 1825), among others. They worked interchangeably in the homes of the heroes of both the Venezuelan Andrés Bello and the Argentine Luis López Méndez.
At the beginning of independence, many Latin American countries were world-leading democracies, which the Spanish for centuries could not even imagine could really exist, but over time, local bosses with some Spanish blood began their clientelist networks, fascist dictatorships, terrorist groups, mafias, drug traffickers, etc. and took over the new democratic states. From those years of libertarian splendor in Latin America there remains an important community of Masons in many countries, currently with very particular cases in some countries, such as in Cuba where Masonry is currently not very trustworthy due to suspicions that they are heavily infiltrated by the communist regime, or in Mexico there are lodges with somewhat particular customs, in any case, the figures for Spain are ridiculous, with barely 5.000 Masons currently, or perhaps the figures for Argentina are also surprising, with barely 12.000 Masons, differentiating itself from its American environment, more so taking into account that the fathers of the Argentine homeland were Masons, not like the case of Spain… although almost no Spaniard knows any of this, in the very short period of the History of the Spanish Masons of Cadiz, the first democratic Constitution was popularly known as La Pepa, but in today's Spain the right and the fascists, plus their followers and the rest of the Spaniards who repeat their slogans, often say "Long live La Pepa" as an expression of the kind of criticism, or more often to ridicule the left, meaning that they are an anarchy of thugs or crazy anarchists, for example they usually say this after some law that these traditional sectors of rancid Spain do not like; or a "vivalapepa" would be a term to refer to a Spaniard, synonymous with scoundrel or criminal.
For example, it is estimated that there are 1.700.000 Masons in Mexico, although this figure can vary greatly depending on the lodges that are included as valid, or about 2 million in the United States. In this country there are also other important organizations that are not or not entirely Masonic, such as the Rotarians, which are mainly dedicated to charity, and many others. Or there are still many more Masons than in Spain, even in countries where there were communist or fascist regimes that persecuted Masons, such as the 30.000 Masons in Cuba, or the 213.000 in Brazil. Latin American Masons are probably to blame for the fact that the original flame of the democratic values of their liberators is still alive, even though from the outside, all of Latin America seems to have been a lost cause for a long time.
Masonic lodges are only really such if they are approved and maintain contacts with the two major international Masonic organisations, the two that consider themselves to be Masons, and then there are many who believe or call themselves Masons. This was the case of the very famous Propaganda Due or the P2 lodge, which would be something that only fascists and Nazis would call Masonry. Domingo Perón was a member of this lodge or he believed he was one, a lodge that was a scam by the Italian fascist Lucio Gelli after he passed himself off as a Mason and took over his lodge, which he began to use to gain power, filling it with fascists and neo-Nazis, mobsters and businessmen, many perhaps only entered attracted by the nonsense of the Judeo-Masonic conspiracy. The P2 lodge is associated with various crimes, terrorist attacks such as the one at the Bologna train station in 1982, or with the famous NATO Gladio network to combat communism or assassinate communist political leaders in the event of a Soviet invasion of Europe. Although these are things that many believe, including communists who pretend to be victims or even right-wing and anti-Masonry fascists to show proof of the evil of the Judeo-Masons, there is no evidence beyond the testimony of an Italian fascist terrorist.
The liberating Masons and their democratic values have nothing to do with the monstrosities that have subsequently been seen among Latin Americans, for example the case of the Argentine dictator Perón, who was not only as much a Mason as he was a Democrat, that is, nothing, he was also made a "Mason" by the famous Italian fascist Licio Gelli in a personal ceremony in the middle of a street in Madrid, in the midst of the fascist dictatorship when Franco was still fanning the flames of Judeo-Masonic conspiracies. The infamous P2 lodge (Propaganda Due) is linked to major scandals involving fascists, neo-Nazis and the mafia, such as the Vatican's Banco Ambrosiano or the neo-Nazi terrorism of the Gladio network. This network first appeared in the trial for the far-right terrorist attack at Bologna train station in 1.980, in which 85 people were killed and more than 200 were injured. An attack with which the Italian fascists or neo-Nazis first intended to blame the communist terrorists for the attack and then start a revolution of all Italians, all united against the communists and the Italian left-wing governments.
Perón boasted of belonging to a Hispanic-American masonry different from the Anglo-Saxon one, his would be the best, even if it were an invented lodge, it would be very different from the official masonry that he seems to qualify as colonialist or imperialist English masonry, also including the North American one. Although for example in Mexico the majority masonry is very secular and libertarian, or it is also distinguished from the regular or English/North American current, adding elements of the country, but it would be attached to irregular masonry or that of French/Belgian origin, while the great Mexican lodges, even with indigenous symbols or elements, are attached to the regular or English one, that is to say, in reality the majority of its members must be monotheists, and therefore Catholics, since in regular masonry it is required, or until recently it was required, the belief in any monotheistic religion. Domingo Perón, although he was branded as an egalitarian democrat or his supposedly democratic state was later eliminated by the Argentine fascist military, was also known for his connections with Nazism or was the only one who helped Franco's Spain and the pro-Nazi Falange when Argentina was the richest country in the world and these useless and corrupt Spanish fascists were sinking the economy of his fascist dictatorship.
As for the Christian religion and even the monolithic Catholic sect, the panorama in Latin America is not out of tune with all of the above. It was during the pontificate of John Paul II that the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (an official Vatican body that is described as the heir of the Spanish Inquisition), then headed by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (his successor in the papacy as Benedict XVI), banned the teaching of Catholic theologians such as Hans Küng, one of the most prominent Catholic theologians labelled as "progressives", or Leonardo Boff, within a successful movement to isolate and neutralise the promoters of Liberation Theology in Latin America, that is, those known as the "rojillos" Jesuits, and the nickname was no small thing, in those years some Jesuits even collaborated with communist terrorist groups in Latin America. Those Jesuits would have a similar ideology to the current Latin American Jesuits like the current Pope Francis, including a powerful Catholic lobby in the United States, of Jesuits, that supports the Democratic Party, for example these American Jesuits are in favor of legalizing gay marriage or in some cases abortion, that is, at the opposite pole of John Paul II, or let alone the Spanish fascists and neo-Nazis or the medieval ultra-Catholic sect of Opus Dei, although it is understood that all this is within the limited official Catholic ideological range, not to mention the electoral strategies to win the Latino vote in the United States, which add up to a very high percentage among the North American population.
The traditional neglect of the Catholic Church towards the poor and towards ideologies other than its own fascist one, has led to the rise of evangelical sects. Even in Spain, evangelicals have also grown a lot because of this among the Spanish lower classes and among Latin immigrants, so much so that it is a cause of great concern in the Catholic Church, due to the flight of the faithful, to add to the already very low percentage of practitioners in Spain. In any case, evangelicals have also joined the Spanish right and the fascists, although they probably only get together for photos before the elections because for everything else evangelicals are oddballs for Spanish Catholics, or perhaps it suits them very well to have on their side some especially manipulative sects that do not hesitate to use the worst sectarian methods, even violence, as is happening for example in Brazil, where Bolsonaro's fascists managed to seize power thanks to the manipulations and violence practiced by Brazilian evangelical Christian sects together with the criminal mafias associated with these evangelicals.

There is not a single nation in all of Latin America whose form of government is democracy; not a single one, with the exception of Puerto Rico. What coexist are dictatorships and degenerate and corrupt oligarchies. So you know: "Make sure that your words are more important than your silence." (Confucius)
