The White House announced that Israel consulted with him before resuming attacks against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, following the failure of negotiations for the release of hostages and the continuation of the truce with the Islamic terrorist group, which began on January 19.
"The Trump administration and the White House were consulted by the Israelis about their attacks in Gaza tonight," White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said in an interview with Fox News.
Leavitt also referred to Iran and the Houthi rebels in Yemen, against whom the United States launched a series of bombings on Saturday night in various cities controlled by that terrorist group in the north and center of the country, as well as in Sanaa.
"As President (Donald) Trump has made clear, Hamas, the Houthis, Iran—all those who seek to terrorize not only Israel, but also the United States—will pay a price: all hell will break loose," the spokesperson promised.
The Hamas-controlled Gaza Health Ministry raised the death toll from tonight's wave of Israeli bombings against the Islamic terrorist organization to 322 in the coastal enclave.
The Ministry of Health said there are more than a thousand injured.
The figures provided by the terrorist group have not been independently verified, nor do they differentiate between civilians and combatants.
The Israel Defense Forces make it clear that they do not attack civilians, while Hamas hides behind them and uses them as human shields.
