ICC arrest warrants are an illegal action that violates the Rome Statute

Following the International Criminal Court (ICC) issuing arrest warrants against Israeli leaders, the question arises as to whether the issuance of arrest warrants goes beyond the legal power or authority of the Rome Statute (the ICC Statute), as there is no Palestinian state or sovereign Palestinian territory and therefore the court has no jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the orders are illegal, violate the court's statute, have no value, and should be ignored by all states.

The ICC has been permeated by the politicization promoted over the years by the Palestinian leadership to such an extent that it has lost all credibility.

Israel has a solid legal justification under international humanitarian law for all its actions, as recognized by leading military experts and confirmed by accurate statistics and film footage.

The starvation claims are false and artificial, and there are images showing food trucks passing by and statistics on calories per person.

The ICC prosecutor, in addition to his own personal problems, which are under investigation, has consistently demonstrated marked bias with regard to Palestinian complaints against Israeli political and military personnel, in violation of the terms of his employment set out in the statute.

Any State that cooperates with ICC arrest warrants is supporting an illegal action by the court in violation of the ICC's own statute.

  1. From Latin America we realize that political persecution and anti-Semitism are present in all world bodies and in this case the ICC. It is hatred of Israel, Iran and its terrorist allies that should be on trial because they are the terrorists and the Prime Minister of Israel.

  2. Why has Karim Khan, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, delayed requesting the arrest of the criminal Sinwar for several months, when there was already ample evidence since October 8, 2023?
Perhaps it is because Karim Khan, being a Muslim like his father and mother, tried to defend Muslims in a politically motivated way. For example, he was the lawyer of the son of the Libyan dictator Gaddafi.
The International Criminal Court also appears to be partisan, pro-Islamist, anti-Jewish, by sanctioning the genocidal Sinwar only after he has been dead for more than a month. If this is the case, the ICC would be complicit in attempts at genocide by Islamists against Jews since 8.10.2023.

  3. Among the aberrant mistakes of the International Criminal Court, we can highlight the absurdity of equating the democratically elected Prime Minister of the State of Israel with the head of the terrorist group Hamas, issuing sentences to both. What a shame this court has and what a lack of common sense. Civilized nations and human rights leaders cannot under any circumstances recognize this insult to the people of Israel and its leader.
