Born on July 28, 1986 in Ukraine, specialized in predictive data mining.

She gained recognition after being selected by MIT Technology Review in the list of “35 Innovators Under 35.” Their work was described in the popular press as predicting the first cholera outbreak in Cuba in 130 years, based on the pattern identified by mining 150 years of data from various sources: in poor countries, often if floods continue A drought in less than a year usually produces an outbreak of cholera.

“I think the best way to predict the future is to create it. One of the things we're doing now is identifying the patterns, and when the patterns start, we try to predict the next step. Thus, we can predict things that have a pattern. Random things? It's a philosophical question. Do we even have random stuff? Or is it part of a pattern for which we have no data? So if you believe that there are no random things and everything has a pattern, then AI can predict the future. We just need more data for that.” Kira Radinsky, 2019

While working on his PhD he co-founded a company, SalesPredict, based on similar ideas, but with different algorithms (the intellectual property of his work belongs to all Technion). It was acquired by eBay in 2016, where Kira Radinsky worked as chief scientist and director of data science during 2016-2019.

Radinsky is a member of the World Economic Forum. In the year 2021, she was declared among their 'Young Global Leaders' to be part of the proactive multi-stakeholder community of the world's next generation leaders to inform and influence decision-making and mobilize transformation.

Since late 2021, Radinsky also serves as CEO of Diagnostic Robotics, Tel Aviv, which she co-founded in 2019. She is also a visiting professor at the Technion, teaching the applications of predictive data mining in medicine. She has co-authored more than 10 patents and more than 50 peer-reviewed articles.
