El Jordanian Army He warned that he will "strike with an iron fist" anyone who threatens Jordanian national security, a warning that comes in the midst of an escalation of tension in the Middle East while the countries of the region are in suspense over Iran's possible attack against Israel.

"The Jordanian Armed Forces are working to take advantage of all capabilities to strike with an iron fist anyone who dares to threaten Jordanian national security," the official news agency of the Hashemite kingdom, Petra, reported in a brief statement.

This warning comes just after the visit of Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman al Safadi to Tehran, where he met with his Iranian counterpart, Ali Bagheri Kaní, in an attempt to convince the Persian country not to respond to the elimination of the head of the political office of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, in the Iranian capital, which the ayatollah regime attributes to Israel.

Al Safadi later met with Iran's president, Masud Pezeshkian, who reiterated that Haniyeh's death "will not go unanswered."

Iran already launched a direct and unprecedented attack against Israeli territory in mid-April, in retaliation for the bombing against the Iranian “consulate” in Damascus, Syria, on the 1st of the month, which caused the death of seven members of the Guard. Iranian revolutionary, including two generals.

In that attack, Jordanian air defenses intercepted "flying objects" in the kingdom's airspace that were part of the massive Iranian attack against Israel, in which hundreds of drones and ballistic and cruise missiles were used.

El King Abdullah II of Jordan then assured that not even his country would become a battlefield between Iran and Israel and that this interception was to defend the sovereignty, security and airspace of the kingdom, although it earned him criticism from a sector of its population, from the Arab world and Iranian authorities for having stopped the attack against the State of Israel. 1. Don't let that little king of Jordan think about attacking Israel...because what happened to Saddam Hussein is going to happen to him, when he said: "if they attack me, the first missiles I'm going to send will be against Israel"...and the old man Saddam Hussein's mustachioed man did it...and look how it ended...the "green gos" soldiers went to pull him out of a hole, where he had hidden, and finally the Iraqi government hanged him...
