Every year, Fast Company magazine publishes a list of the 50 most innovative companies worldwide. The ranking analyzes 58 diverse industries and sectors.
In 2025, Waymo became the number 1 company this year, in recognition of its development of robotaxis. Next in line is Rocket Lab, which is sending small payloads into orbit with unprecedented precision and increasing speed. In third place was HistoSonics, which is using ultrasound waves to eliminate cancerous tumors.
Israeli startup AISAP has been recognized by the magazine, securing fourth place in the health category. This recognition highlights the global impact of its AI-assisted diagnostic technology, a breakthrough that could change the future of medicine.
AISAP was recognized for its development of AISAP CARDIO, the first real-time cardiac diagnostic platform powered by artificial intelligence. This technology allows for the immediate detection of structural heart disease and heart failure, providing accurate results at the patient's bedside.
The system recently received FDA approval, becoming the first software to achieve this certification under the novel CADx standard for AI-based point-of-care diagnostics.
Adiel Am-Shalom, co-founder and CEO of the startup, stated that “Fast Company’s recognition is a source of great pride for us as Israelis and highlights the global importance of the problem we are solving,” adding that their “technology has the potential to save countless lives through accurate, real-time diagnoses.”
