Fighters from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) elite Duvdevan unit killed a Palestinian terrorist who opened fire on them during an operation in the so-called Balata “refugee camp,” a neighborhood located near the city of Nablus in Samaria (northern West Bank).

“We mourn our martyr, Mustafa Ahmed Masha, 22, of the Nablus Battalion in the Balata Company, who was killed in a clash on Friday,” the terrorist organization calling itself Palestinian Islamic Jihad said in a statement this morning.

The Islamic Jihad terrorist was hit in the head by a bullet during the exchange of fire with Israeli commandos, Palestinian sources said.

The terrorist was released from an Israeli prison on August 21 after spending two years behind bars.

During the operation, Israeli soldiers also raided several homes, seizing four weapons of war, and arresting a suspect in one of them who was identified by Palestinian sources as Basil Hussam Hashash, although no further information about him has been released.

In total, six Palestinians were arrested last night in different operations carried out in the West Bank.

  1. The friends of this heartless terrorist murderer do not have to mourn him, because he is where he deserves to be and where all those like him go: hell. He will not be cold because he is warm.
