The real estate industry is one of the sectors that is beginning to use innovative AI technology to accelerate decision-making and automate instances of the buying, selling and consulting processes.
Israeli startup qbiq has created a unique platform on the market that automatically generates layouts and 3D virtual tours in seconds. This allows brokers and landlords to help tenants visualize the full potential of each space when promoting their properties.
The startup recently announced that it raised $16 million in a funding round led by US private equity firm Insight Partners, with participation from JLL Spark, a venture fund focused on real estate; Israeli fund 10D and Ocean Azul, a US venture capital fund, among others.
Leeor Solnik, CEO of qbiq, said that when they officially launched “in 2023, I mentioned that we would reach 100 million square feet delivered to customers. Many thought that was unrealistic,” adding that “by 2024 we had already quadrupled that goal and are now rapidly approaching the 1,000 billion square foot target.”
The funds raised will be used for the company's global expansion, with a particular focus on commercial real estate.
