Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics recently published a report reflecting the situation of the average Israeli salary.
The latest data revealed that in December 2024, average salaries in Israel experienced a significant increase, reaching an average per employee of NIS 14.060, representing an increase of 4.2% compared to the previous year.
During the month of December, the total number of job openings stood at 4.256 million, marking an increase of 1.2% compared to November 2024 and an increase of 5.3% compared to December 2023.
This salary increase reflects continued growth in the Israeli labor sector, with the high-tech sector leading the way in terms of salaries, averaging NIS 29.736.
On the other hand, the report also explains that the average salary adjusted by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) was NIS 10.771, reflecting a slight decrease of 2.5% compared to November 2023.
