Israel's Ministry of Education announced the launch of an innovative technology education program. Developed by the ministry's Early Childhood Education Division, the program will be implemented in 500 kindergartens across the country.

This is a program that introduces robotics with the aim of equipping young students with technological skills that are traditionally introduced at more advanced educational stages, including Artificial Intelligence.

Orna Paz, head of the division, stressed that they are not “just teaching children to play with robots, but rather preparing them for the world of tomorrow.” Under the program, children will learn to program small robots to follow routes designed by themselves.

These activities will help children develop logical skills, problem solving and teamwork from an early age. The programme is presented by Minister of Education Yoav Kisch.
