IDF kills seven terrorists involved in Oct. 7 attack

The Israel Defense Forces said on Tuesday that it had killed seven Palestinian terrorists in the central Gaza Strip in the past two weeks who participated in the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023.

"In targeted attacks, troops of the 990th Brigade eliminated numerous terrorists, including seven terrorists who participated in the October 7 massacre," the military said in a statement.

The army identified the Hamas members killed as Abd al Razzeq, Marzuk al Hur, Abd Abu Awad Yusri, Omar Abu Abdalah, Ahmed Zahid and Maad Abu Garboua.

In their raids in the area, troops also dismantled Hamas “terrorist” infrastructure, such as military structures, observation posts and sniper positions.

The Hamas massacre that claimed the lives of 1.200 people in Israeli territory gave rise to the counteroffensive of Israeli troops against the Gaza Strip that has lasted for more than a year and that according to Israel is allowing the military infrastructure of Hamas and Islamic Jihad to be destroyed.
