Amnesty International has issued a flawed report, in which it determined that Israel's defense of Gaza is considered "genocide."
It is worth noting that this pseudo world “human rights” organization has based its report on accounts provided by criminals belonging to Hamas, under the guise of the non-existent “Palestinian Ministry of Health.”
The report, presented by Amnesty in The Hague (Netherlands), is the result of testimonies requested from members of the terrorist group Hamas, who carried out the criminal acts of 7 October 2023.
The document states, without any concrete basis, the following: “It was concluded that there is sufficient evidence to believe that Israel’s conduct in Gaza constitutes genocide,” says the 296-page document, which unjustifiably accuses Israel of having committed – and continuing to commit – this and other alleged crimes “continuously and with total impunity.”
The document records alleged events that occurred since October 7, 2023, and accuses Israel of having committed acts prohibited under the Genocide Convention. Curiously, the document does not mention the atrocious criminal acts against the civilian population of southern Israel, who were murdered and kidnapped by Hamas terrorists, who are the references for “constructing” this false and biased document.
It is striking that this organisation is denouncing this type of problem for the first time, and is ignoring the circumstances that Israel has experienced since 7 October. Furthermore, it does not condemn the real genocides suffered by countless populations around the world.
Agnès Callamard, Secretary General of Amnesty International, said:
Month after month, Israel has treated the Palestinian population of Gaza “as a subhuman group that does not deserve human rights or dignity, thus demonstrating its intent to cause their physical destruction.”
Citing the right to self-defense, Israel rejected these slanders contained in a false report and called it “totally false.”
“The deplorable and fanatical organization Amnesty International has once again produced a fabricated report that is totally false and based on lies,” said Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Oren Marmorstein.
“The genocidal massacre of October 7, 2023 was perpetrated by the Hamas terrorist organization against Israeli citizens. Since then, Israeli citizens have been subjected to daily attacks on seven different fronts. Israel defends itself against these attacks by acting in full compliance with international law,” the Israeli official added.
The Israel Defense Forces said the agency's findings are completely unfounded and do not take into account the operational realities it faces on a daily basis.
They also stressed that they continue to work actively to dismantle Hamas's terrorist infrastructure and thus liberate the Gazan population and that they are taking all possible measures to mitigate the harm to civilians during defense and rescue operations.
Israel has strongly rejected this fallacious document and has assured that it will continue to fight to defend its right to exist.
