Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) is an American company dedicated to providing business, risk and financial information. Every year, the Israeli branch of D&B publishes a ranking of the best companies in the technology sector to work for in the country.
This year's report reveals the impact of the war, and its consequences on business operations and employee well-being and support. With the war, the Israeli tech workforce began to prioritize stability above all else, far above career development, as the main priority when choosing or rating their employment status.
In this regard, Nvidia Israel has moved up from eighth to first place on the list, taking the spot previously held by Microsoft's Research and Development center in Israel. Microsoft had held the top spot in the D&B ranking for five years in a row.
According to Yael Belgrai Cohen, Head of High-Tech at D&B Israel, “What has influenced Nvidia’s position is, on the one hand, its success as a company and its advances in the field of artificial intelligence, and on the other, the way the company has mobilized to adapt to the war situation and give back to the community, focusing on employee support and the importance of human capital.”
