On October 7, when a group of Hamas terrorists managed to enter Israeli territory, one of the deadliest attacks was on the audience of the Nova music festival, in which 360 people died and 40 people were kidnapped, taking them as prisoners to the Gaza Strip.

Many months later, last Thursday thousands of people, some claimed more than 40.000, gathered in Tel Aviv's HaYarkon Park for what organizers called a “healing concert.”

Among the audience were many survivors of the massacre, but families with young children and older adults also attended. Although the Nova Tribe is a musical community associated with trance music, this special festival also featured rock bands such as The Giraffes and also pop music star Mizrahi Zehava Ben.

Some of the survivors addressed the public. Mia Schem, who was kidnapped at the festival and released after 55 days, asked attendees not to give up on the 124 hostages still inside Gaza: “we cannot lose faith, they will come back and we will not let them.” to fight for them.”
